Are you ready for the first weekly challenge ? Each week the plan is to set a challenge that you can choose to take up or not, the first weekly challenge is as follows; Monday....... Meat free Monday, its as simple as that no meat on Monday and that includes fish! Can you go a day figuring out a way to survive on vegetables, fruit, beans, pulses and delicious salads? Wednesday..... Walk & Water day. It’s easy walk 6000 steps or 3miles over the course of the day and drink 2 litres of water (8 glasses) the water is a great appetite suppressant so drink instead of snacking here is the sting in the tail though, no Caffeine that day either! Friday..... Fast Friday.... this is the tricky one a whole day consuming a maximum of 1200 calories ,,,, Are you up for the challenge? Let me know are you in or are you out x
