A really Tasty Healthy pasta option.

I am definately not sponsored but we have a version of Jamies pasta every week, its £2.50 (tesco on offer for £2.00 today) and though you wont think it more than enough for 2 grown ups. It freezes and cooks in 4 minutes, it needs a sauce though, last night i did chopped tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic, chopped red onion, a few capers and a few chilli flakes, then sprinkled some toasted pine nuts (done in the pasta pan before the pasta) and some torn buffalo mozzarella. Quick Easy Cheap and very very tasty ! x
