It’s not how much you eat it’s what you eat !
This is a longish read but very interesting I guess most of us think eating too much is a problem in weight gain but if we are only eating raw vegetables it wouldn’t really make much difference however if you only eat crisps and chocolates and highly processed food then your in big trouble, it’s time to think not about quantity but about quality.
